Privacy Policy
For this website and for the games I publish as Prigod Games, including Prigod Idle on PC, browser and Android. Auf Deutsch: Datenschutzerklärung.
You don't need an account to play, and your save stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch leaderboards on yourself. The game and this site have no ads and no analytics.

Prigod Games is one person, so there is no separate data protection officer. Write to me and I handle it myself.
What the game stores
Your save, your settings and your progress live on the device you play on. I don't upload them. Uninstall the game, or wipe the save from the in-game settings, and they are gone.
The game never asks for your name, email or date of birth. It doesn't touch your contacts, photos, location or files. It uses no advertising ID.
Leaderboards
The game has leaderboards, an arena and a friends list. None of it does anything until you turn on Settings → Online leaderboards and pick a display name. Before that, nothing is sent.
What is sent
- The display name you type, with a short number attached so two people picking the same name can be told apart.
- A random ID the game makes up on your device the first time you opt in. It is not read off your hardware and it is not an advertising ID.
- Your scores, plus public progress values like level and combat power. The ladders and the arena matchups are built from those.
Your friends list stays on your device.
Where it is stored
The ladder data sits with SilentWolf, a hosted leaderboard service running on Amazon Web Services. They get what is listed above and nothing else.
Legal basis and retention
Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Turn the setting off and nothing more is sent. Scores you already posted stay on the ladder until you ask me to remove them, or until that ladder is reset.
Feedback survey
There is a feedback button in the game. It opens a Google Form in your browser. To save you typing, the link carries a bit of technical context: build type, version, current level, prestige count, furthest level, combat power, which features you have used, playtime and platform.
Nothing is submitted until you press submit on that page. The form doesn't ask for your name or email. Google runs the form, so their privacy terms apply from the moment the page opens.
Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Stores
Buying the game, and anything tied to a store account like achievements or cloud saves, is handled by the store. I see anonymous sales and refund totals. I never see your payment details.
- Steam: purchases, achievements and Steam Cloud are Valve's, under Valve's privacy policy.
- Google Play: purchases are Google's, under Google's privacy policy.
- itch.io: the browser build is hosted there, under their privacy policy.
Website
The site runs on GitHub Pages. GitHub keeps the usual server logs, IP addresses included, so it can serve the pages and block abuse. That part is GitHub's processing, on the basis of legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Every video and image is served from the site itself. The links to YouTube, TikTok, Steam and GitHub are ordinary links, so nothing loads from those companies until you click one.
Deleting your data
Email prigodgames@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell me the display name you play under, including the number shown next to it in game, like Hero#01234. That name is the only thing identifying your row, so it has to be exact.
I answer within 30 days. It costs nothing and there is no account to log into.
Most of it you can do yourself. Turning off Settings → Online leaderboards stops anything else being sent. Wiping the save in the settings clears the local data, including the friends list and the random ID.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit what happens to it, to get a copy to take elsewhere, and to object to it being processed. Where I rely on consent you can withdraw it whenever you like. That doesn't make anything before it unlawful.
Email me for any of that. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. Mine is the Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland in Saarbrücken.
Children
My games aren't aimed at children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect anything from them. There is no advertising and nothing is targeted. If you think a child has posted a leaderboard entry, email me and I will take it down.
Changes
If a game ever gets a feature that sends data somewhere new, this page gets updated before that feature ships. The date below is the current version.
